We've worked hard to make blogging darn simple in Heroic.

With us, you don't need to worry about themes or templates, coding, blog variables or any of the usual Wordpress malarkey. And you can change the layout of any blog page in just seconds. Throw a new column in. Add a new section. Whatever takes your fancy -- no more need to have an expensive programmer on speeddial, or worse, just feel stuck with what you have and powerless to make changes yourself.

First, your Starter Site may have come with a blog, in which case all the work's been done for you already. Here's how to tell - go to your pages panel, and if you see a page like this with the "BLOG" label next to it, then your blog is already set up and functioning. Well done!

OK, so if you're still reading, I'm gonna assume that you don't yet have a blog but want one. Very good news. Let's get started.

Creating a Blog Home page

First thing's first, let's start with your Blog Home page, which is the "foundation" of your blog. It's the place people will come back to, so they can see all the latest posts you've written.

You can watch a video on how to create a Blog Home page here.

Creating a Blog Article page

Now that you've created a Blog Home page template in the previous step (go back and do it now if you haven't already!), now's where you set up your Blog Article page template.

Here's a short video on how to create your Blog Article page here.

Setting any page to function as a blog page

We may be superheroes but we can't read minds just yet -- so we need your help to identify which of your pages to use as your site's Home page, Blog home page, Blog article page, Blog category page, Blog Author page, and 404/Not Found page.

Here's how to do it...
